Our games are free
We publish our games free of charge. We don't charge for access, we don't sell in-game items, and we don't require an account. We may stop publishing, change, or retire any game at any time.
What you can do
Play our games, stream them, record them, and make videos about them — including monetized videos. You don't need to ask. We'd love a link back, but it isn't a condition.
What you can't do
- Re-host, repackage, or redistribute our games as if they were your own.
- Remove or obscure our branding, or claim you made them.
- Use our name, logo, or artwork to suggest we endorse something we haven't endorsed.
- Attempt to break, overload, or interfere with our sites or the platforms our games run on.

Ownership
We own our games, their artwork, their soundtracks, and the contents of these sites, except where something is credited to someone else. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.
Third-party platforms
Our games are distributed through third-party platforms, and we link to services like Discord and YouTube. Those services have their own terms, which govern your use of them. We aren't responsible for what happens on platforms we don't run.
No warranty
Our games and sites are provided as they are. We work hard to make them good, but we don't promise they will always be available, bug-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Genecogni LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our games or sites.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use our sites after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
